The rematch between Anne Sophie Mathis and Holly Holm headlines in the 10-round main event with Mathis defending her IBA and WBAN welterweight championships, as well as the mythical women boxing's pound-for-pound title.

Six additional bouts featuring local boxers will be added to "The Reckoning" card.
