Los Angeles, California (September 13, 2012) - Union Boxing Management has signed two new young prospects to add to their stable of fighters. Co-Managers Alex Vaysfeld and Alexandr Mezherovsky are pleased with the additions of featherweight Vladimir Gavrilov and super featherweight Vahe Saruhanyan to the Union Boxing Management family.
With the addition of these new prospects, Union Boxing Management shows its continued commitment to producing and managing the best boxers in the world.

At just 21 years of age with a professional record of (1-0-0, 0 KO's), Vladimir Gavrilov is looking to climb up the featherweight rankings and capture a world title. Gavrilov was a very talented amateur winning the silver medal at the 2007 European Cadet Championships and Boxing World Cup.
Since arriving in the United States just four months ago, Gavrilo has made quite a name for himself training at local gyms in Southern California. Although he is a good distance from his family and native Russia he has only one goal; to care for his family the only way he knows how, the sweet science.
Gavrilov is currently training with highly respected trainer Shadeed Suluki at Freddie Roach's world renowned Wild Card Boxing Gym in Hollywood, California. When asked what his thoughts were on Gavrilov, the recent World Boxing Hall of Fame inductee indicated that he was a good prospect. With Gavrilov's strong work ethic and exceptional boxing skills, he has opened the eyes of boxing's biggest promotional companies.
Vahe Saruhanyan, 22, (5-0-0, 2 KO) is undefeated and also looking to make a name for himself in the super featherweight division. Saruhanyan started his professional career in 2011 and has been able to remain undefeated beating his opponents in an impressionable fashion. Saruhanyan had a brilliant amateur career winning over 200 bouts and also captured the bronze medal at the 2007 Boxing World Cup in Guadalajara, Mexico.
When speaking with Manager Alex Vaysfeld with regard to his two new prospects, Vaysfeld said, "I'm very excited to have signed both Vladimir and Vahe. They have had exceptional amateur careers and their professional careers look quite promising. Shadeed Suluki has done a tremendous job training both of them."
