"The Glory 3 event, which is a 70-kilogram / 154-pound tournament, has got the eight best kick-boxers on the planet, and to me this is the best tournament of the year, for sure, in the martial arts," Quadros said from Rome. "It's truly an international affair because you've got fighters from Italy, US, Holland, Switzerland and I think each match-up is going to be utterly fantastic.
"And you know, what better place to have a tournament where, the birthplace of the infamous Roman Coliseum, in Rome, Italy. And I'm totally, totally thrilled about being there at ringside with another great champion, the great Frank Shamrock, to call the action on Glory 3, The Final 8 in the 70-kilogram tournament."
The winner of the tournament will have fought three times, earning a grand prize of $300,000, in the same arena where Muhammad Ali won his Olympic boxing gold medal in 1960.
