Gleason's Gym will do the boxing conditioning at the fabulous new Mercedes Club,

located in the brand new Mercedes House

550 W. 54th. St. New York, NY 10019.

We will use the boxing conditioning when we train individuals and classes. We will use the same type of conditioning that has enabled us to produce 132 professional World Champions, 2 Olympic Gold Medal winners and hundreds of amateur champions.

You will get into condition and you will develop a boxers body.

You can now take advantage of the unique boxing workout to improve your physical condition, your health and your mental outlook.

When you sign up for Gleason's Gym at Mercedes Club, you get great discounts off the membership fee or the daily fee.

The boxing classes will be held on the following days and times:

Beginner classes: Monday 6:30pm and Thursday 8:00pm.

Advanced classes: Tuesday 6:30pm and Saturday 11:00am.

The one-on-one sessions are available on the following days and times:

Monday 5:00 to 6:00pm and 8:00 to 9:00pm.

Tuesday all day except from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Thursday 6:30 to 7:30pm and 9:15 to 10:15pm.

Saturday all day except from 11:00 to Noon.

The fees:

All boxing classes are $35 plus a $30 daily fee to use Mercedes House

One on one boxing sessions are $150 or $1,250 for ten sessions (used within 6 months of purchase) plus a $30 daily fee to use Mercedes House.
