NEF MMA ANNNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF NEF XI WEIGH-INS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Lewiston, Maine (November 8, 2013) – New England Fights Mixed Martial Arts (NEF MMA) weigh-ins have been completed from the Fusion Lounge of the Lewiston Ramada Conference Center in preparation for NEF MMA’s “NEF XI” event, which will feature five professional and eleven amateur bouts at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee.  "NEF XI" will take place on Saturday, November 9, 2013 with doors opening to the public at 6 pm and first fight at 7 pm.

Weigh-ins were plagued by fighters missing weight, prompting the formation of numerous catchweight fights for the event.  Not a single fight, however, was lost in the process.  Of note, the Maine State Lightweight Title fight between John Ortolani (7-7) and Tony Christodoulou (9-4) is now a non-title three-round catchweight bout.
