HOMETOWN NEWSPAPER NEWSDAY DEDICATES SUNDAY'S EDITION TO CHRIS ALGIERI


 

 LAS VEGAS, NV (November 3, 2014) -- Talk about your Horatio Algieri story!

 
            Undefeated World Boxing Organization (WBO) junior welterweight champion and science scholar CHRIS ALGIERI is just 19 days from his date with destiny, where he will challenge Fighter of the Decade and defending WBO welterweight champion MANNY "Pacman" PACQUIAO.  

            Algieri, New York's only reigning world champion, will break his Las Vegas training camp on Wednesday, November 12, and head to The Venetian Macao.  But before he leaves, he will make one last appearance in Los Angeles, where he will host a press conference at The Conga Room on Thursday and hold one last public workout at The Palazzo® Las Vegas on Saturday, November 8.
