NWA and FUW Announce Partnership

(Tampa, FL)  October 9 -  The NWA and Florida Underground Wrestling (FUW) announce a new partnership.

The NWA (National Wrestling Alliance) is one of the most elite wrestling groups in history and this new partnership with FUW is a natural alliance.

Florida Underground Wrestling holds their flagship event every Tuesday night in Largo, Florida.

Superstars have included Cuban Assassin, Kahagas, Bruce Santee, Kennedy Kendrick, Wes Brisco, the James Boys, the seven foot Titan, Dontay Brown, and many more.

NWA Vice President Tony Brooklyn announced the partnership on October 5.

Dontay Brown, FUW President, is "thrilled to be a part of such a prestigious organization like the NWA".

The first event of the new partnership will be the DONTAY BROWN BIRTHDAY BASH which will be held on October 12 at Gasoline Alley at 14042 66th Street, Largo, Florida, 33771.

FUW Announces NATHAN MANIA

(Largo, FL) September 26  -  Florida Underground Wrestling (FUW) announces the NATHAN MANIA event that will benefit a local boy who is battling brain cancer.

FUW and 50 Legs in 50 Days are presenting the free event at Gasoline Alley on October 2.

The doors will open at 7:00pm and the show will start at 8:00pm.

All donations received and raised at the event will be donated in total to Nathan and his family to assist in paying the costs associated with Nathan's medical treatments.

Mr. Hollywood Returns To Florida Underground Wrestling

(Tampa, FL)- "Mr. Hollywood" Shannon Rose has returned to Florida Underground Wrestling to manage pro wrestler, Fidel Sierra along with Fantasy and is ready to begin again as the guy the audience loves to hate.

Rose departed Florida Underground Wrestling due to illness, but was "humbled that Florida Underground Wrestling owner, Dontay Brown and Fidel Sierra asked me to return," Rose said in a recent interview.

Rose started his career in pro wrestling at the age of 12 and over the last 22 years has worked for everyone from ECW to the NWA. Gordon Solie and Dusty Rhodes gave Shannon his start as a ring announcer and he has worked with such wrestling stars such as Hulk Hogan, Rob Van Dam, and Mick Foley.

Florida Underground Wrestling organizes events all across the state and is headquartered on Gasoline Alley, 14042 66th Street in Largo FL where it holds wrestling events every Tuesday evening. Featuring such pro wrestling stars as, Bruce Santee, The James Boys, former WWE star Michael Tarver, and others, Rose is a perfect addition.
