(Philadelphia, PA) June 25 - Gene Snisky is returning to the ring after taking some time off.
Snisky was a huge star in the professional wrestling world, best known for his time spent with WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) from 2004-2008.
Snisky was originally trained by the same man who trained Mickey Rourke, WWE Hall of Famer, Afa the Wild Samoan. In 2005, Pro Wrestling Illustrated ranked him #83 of the top 500 singles wrestlers.
He left WWE in 2008 and has since appeared in several starring roles in movies and television. Even while taking time away from the ring, Snisky has attained his enormous following of fans.
In 2011, he appeared on several episodes of ABC's "Primetime: What Would You Do?"
Snisky recently teamed up with Los Angeles-based producer, Suzanne DeLaurentis, and famed director, Jay Lee, for the upcoming movie 'Manhunt'. Snisky plays the main character, Buck Severs, in the movie. 'Manhunt' was named the 'Most Anticipated Horror Movie of 2013'.
In addition to returning to the ring, Snisky will also be appearing in major blockbuster movies.
