RFA 15 - FEATURE BOUT JORDAN RINALDI vs. JAMES MOONTASRI

Jordan Rinaldi's ready to test his mettle at RFA 15. On June 6, Rinaldi (7-3) believes he can pull off a major upset when he steps in the cage against James Moontasri (6-1).
When the call came to square off with the highly-touted Black House MMA product on short notice, Rinaldi did not hestitate. After notching his first TKO win on May 17, the North Carolina native will make the quick turnaround in hopes of getting a fresh win streak going.
"It was a local fight back home and that's what I needed to build my confidence back up," Rinaldi explained in an interview with MMA Fight Corner. "It really helped out to go and get a TKO over a striker. I dropped him on the feet and I finished on the ground. But it was great to get a first TKO of my career and to get it against a striker as well. That was the best part about it."
Just 24 hours after finishing Mike Stevens, Rinaldi accepted the showdown with Moontasri. Their catchweight bout (160-pounds) will air as part of the televised AXS TV main card.
"It was a quick first round win, so I really didn't get hit at all in it," Rinaldi said. "And the next day [the RFA] called and said 'Hey you want to fight?'........
