It marks the third time this season the Northampton, Pa., native has earned or shared the honor. Seventh-ranked Sheptock began Saturday with an 18-3 technical fall over Duke's Dylan Ryan, and closed the day with a 15-0 technical fall over NC State's Keegan Cerwinski propelling the Terps to a win in both matchups. Sheptock now has five technical falls this season, which ranks second on the team. He also has a team-best 73 dual points and 56 takedowns.
