Greg Cohen of Greg Cohen Promotions, promoter of red-hot WBA #9 heavyweight Travis "My Time" Kauffman, has received a letter of approval and Kauffman's showdown thisSaturday, January 25, against "Vicious" Vincent Thompson will be for the WBA Fedelatin Championship. Reading, Pennsylvania's Kauffman (27-1, 20 KOs) and Federal Way, Washington's Thompson (13-1, 2 KOs) will meet in the 10-round main event of a King's Promotions professional boxing event at the Sands Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Tickets for Championship Boxing at the Sands Bethlehem are priced at $50, $75, $125, and $200 in advance ($5 more at the door) and are available through The Sands box office and all Ticketmaster locations. "I am happy the WBA has chosen to recognize this fight as being of championship caliber, as both guys have excellent records and are deserving of this opportunity" said Greg Cohen. Travis Kauffman sees Thompson bout as gateway fight to bigger opportunities

READING, PA (JANUARY 16, 2014)--On Saturday night, January 25th, WBA number-nine ranked Heavyweight, Travis Kauffman (27-1, 20 KO's) takes on Vincent Thompson (13-1, 2 KO's) in a 10 -round bout for the WBU Intercontinental championship from the Sands in Bethlehem, PA. The show is promoted by King's Boxing and XFE Boxing. Kauffman is promoted by Greg Cohen Promotions.
